Human Resources

The Human Resources Department is responsible for handling a variety of functions that include recruiting, selecting, retaining, and training Town employees.  Additionally, department staff oversees benefits administration, compensation and classification, payroll, employee relations, Risk Management and all human resources issues.

The department is responsible for ensuring that Hillsboro Beach is in compliance with local, state, federal laws, and Town policies and procedures so that all employees are afforded equal opportunity.
