NOTICE OF A SPECIAL TOWN COMMISSION MEETING
(ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION)
Monday, July 16th, 2018 at 1 p.m.

This is a public notice of an attorney-client session to be held pursuant to Section 286.011 of the Florida Statutes. The session shall be held between the Town Commission, the Town Attorney, and Special Counsel to discuss the lawsuit presently pending in the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida captioned as:

Attending the session will be each member of the Town Commission, Mayor Deborah Tarrant, Vice-Mayor Irene Kirdahy, Commissioner Vicky Feaman, Commissioner Andrew Brown, and Commissioner Barbara Baldasarre, the Town Attorney D.J. Doody, Special Counsel Cindy Laquidara, Esquire, Timothy Perry, Esquire, the Town Manager Mac Serda and a Certified Court Reporter.
As provided for in F.S. Section 286.011, the Attorney Client Session will open to the public in the Town Commission Chambers, then move to the Community Room at Town Hall, 1210 Hillsboro Mile, Hillsboro Beach, FL 33062, for the closed session. Following the closed session, the meeting will reopen and be adjourned in the Town Commission Chambers, in accordance with Section 286.011(8) of the Florida Statutes.
I, the undersigned authority, do hereby certify that the above Notice of Meeting of the Town Commission of the Town of Hillsboro Beach is a true and correct copy of said Notice and that I posted a true and correct copy of said Notice on the bulletin board in Town Hall and on the wall outside the Town Hall entrance, a place convenient and readily accessible to the general public, and said notice was posted on July 10, 2018.
